After listening to the description and following the guidance on the Podcast, you may wish to do this on your own without listening to the Podcast. Please note that this meditation suggests that you close your eyes. However, if you tend to fall asleep when you close your eyes, feel comfortable with keeping your eyes open during this meditation.
